Baseball Statistics
Brendan's passion in life was baseball, and everything he did was focused toward making
himself a better ball player. This included such things as his participation in
other sports for sake of baseball, his diet, and with his total devotion to his daily
weightlifting routine at the gym. He knew how to pursue his dreams, and he did so
with a sensible combination of grace and gusto. And throughout it all, Brendan
always stayed in touch with the reality of his efforts. Today, his
memory is honored with the retirement of his #1 at Belmont High School in
Belmont MA, and with the retirement of his #23 at American International
College in Springfield MA.
Brendan was baseball, and baseball was Brendan. He derived years of enjoyment
from America's past-time, and he developed an impressive portfolio of accolades. In
this regard, some of his statistics are shared here. Below are his statistics for
his Senior year at Belmont High School, when he was co-captian for the 2000 Spring Season.
Brendan led the team in batting, and he was a clear factor in helping the team
reach the Middlesex League playoff's for the first time in many years. Click here
